Any one got any info on this place? Got it tomorrow, i pulled it up on google maps and street view and its showing it a tight as hell reverse between 2 houses. But opposite theres a industrial unit. Common sence would say its the industrial unit but stranger things happen. Any one able to help me out here? Also looks to be on a housing estate type thing. Whats the best way to approch it and whats it like to tip ect?
What address do you have? If Arundel Road, the lower half is industrial, enter via Selbourne Rd, might be the old Unigate site. Then turn right into Wingate Rd to Waller Ave roundabout to leave.

Never been there tbh. Don’t come from Dunstable Rd as narrow with cars parked both sides, not impossible but better to enter from Selbourne Rd or Wingate Rd, all industrial.
