I am from Bexleyheath in Kent and I am looking to get into this industry. I have approached a few of the companies that at the top of the google list who say that I can get everything including medicals, theory tests, CPC for a little over £3000.
I have been chased every day asking for a decision on when I can start my training which I think is a little harsh.
Can you please advise me on where I should go to for a decent company who can offer me all that I require.
Is there any books or DVD/software that I can research to get further at home training.
I have all the forms for my medical and provisional C licence application form.
Would just like to have advise, as would like get training fairly soon.
You’ve probably contacted a broker that’s why they have constantly bombarded you,they get paid when you hand over that 3k!
Take a look on here for the list of recommended instructors,oh a STAY AWAY from brokers!
If the 3k is just for class 2 they are asking a 1000-1500 too much at least!
Agree with ckm1981. I’ve just done my Cat C and all in it cost me around £1300. OK, I’m up north so don’t know if it’s a little cheaper but even then £1500 max should do it…
Have a good luck round the site there is a list of recommended trainers go visit a few speak with the instructors see what vehicles they have ( but don’t alway judge the book ) ask them the questions before you even hand over any money
There are books cd to practice the theory you can buy at any good book store i.e. Waterstones / WH Smith as well as the HPT
