A good job we both wern't driving like tools!

To the milk tanker driver who nearly wiped off both my mirror arms today near Lostwithiel in Cornwall,
your a prick mate! :imp:
I now realise even more why i tootle around at 40 or below on SC roads because had i been driving at the speed said tanker was coming around the blind bend at with his front wheel over the white line, it would have been an entirly differant outcome.
As it was, i pulled in to swing out my NS mirror arm to its normal position.
Tools dont just drive cars me thinks :unamused:
Thinking about asking my boss for a Roadhawk.

No, I’d just have a Scania for a [zb]ing necklace you knob :unamused:
Or would you be OK with that?

ffs crap like this happens on a daily basis, no it shouldn’t, but thats life. I am sure most members of this forum has had some heart stopping moment happen to them this week, but thank ■■■■ they don’t all post about it!

Chill out, you were doing nothing wrong, nothing got damaged happy days

There was me thinking that the forum was open for all to discuss all things driving, truck / haulage industry and everything inbetween, even â– â– â– â–  bottles FFS :unamused:
Silly me!

Ignore the Cornish tanker drivers! If nobody moaned on here there’d be nothing to read.
I’ll give 6/10 for the rant

Wont somebody please think of the tipper drivers

No need to get personal, at the end of the day you avoided it, so chill out…

I was driving this milk tanker today when…

People who moan constantly about trivial ■■■■ are tools-deal with it & move on ffs…!

Well said
Something similar happened to me the other week and did I come on here throwing my toys out the pram, no I didn’t.

devon and cornwalls roads are good for this sort of thing…

For a mik tanker driver a road with a white line down the mddle is a motorway.

To be honest maybe its just that the OP was a bit out of his comfort zone on a road on which two lorries passing is a bit of a squeeze, but the milk tanker driver gave him plenty of room, result bit of a scare for OP, just a normal day for milk tanker driver. Get over it or get used to it.

Indeed they are, and that is what we are doing. Have you had a bad day…does somebody need a cuddle

 Not worht the bandwidth in my opinion…Had far worse this week and you want to add fens and drains to each side of the road, with an uneven road surface…You have nowhere to go
Get a life and then get on with it.

Il take a rain check on that if its all the same,
not really my bag if you get my drift, more into women like :unamused:

I am with you on this Gembo, every day of the week I see so called professional drivers driving LGV’s as if they were F1 racing cars.
DCPC I think is a joke as it does’nt look at a driver’s driving standards or attitude towards safe driving. I guess this is why LGV drivers are 2 a penny because of the few bad apple in the barrow. Tin hat on…

miketdt:
Tin hat on…

…not forgetting ya flack jacket fella
That was the point i was trying to make in the 1st post but it seems your not alowed to ave a moan about other peoples standards of driving on here, even if they do nigh-on put you on the slab in the process of showing you their low standards!
Funny how i cant seem to find any mention of it in the forum rules though.
Il have another look, just incase I missed it the first time round. :unamused:
Mind you, its so comforting to know that your surounded by all these proffesionals on this freindly and easy going online community that never have a moan. :unamused:
