A couple of silly questions maybe but as a newbie im just wondering what the real crack is.

When I was studying for my cpc case studies I’m sure I came across something that said it was illegal to offer incentives for drivers to get the work done as quickly as possible. How does this fit in with all the job and knock work out there that expect you to do 30-50 drops in a day almost forcing you to break the rules in someway.

You can only…
Do what is legally permissable and if that means bringing half of them back, then bring half of them back. Only muggins speedy Gonzalez (who usually have around 6 to 9 points on their licence) get them all done with time to spare. In time, you will get more drops off because with any multi-drop run, you get more experienced with things the longer you do it. I found after a week, that instead of stopping and starting half a dozen times in one ind est, I’d get 5 drops on my barrow and wheel them round. The time you can shave off a run with experience of it, can be massive.
