Seeing as i have loads of time on my hands at the moment i thought i would chuck a few pictures and words up here from one of my trips to Spain.All pictures where i am driving have been taken with an iphone that is attached to a modified windscreen mount so i can keep my hands on the wheel.
Ok so the outward bound route sees me Starting in Bristol very early one Saturday morning to get to Poole in time to catch the boat to Santander. Unfortunately for me its going to be a rough crossing, and i am not the best sailor in the world

Well were on our way, quick bit of breakfast, shower, sea sick tablets then back to bed!!! This was a particularly rough crossing and i could hear throwing up going on up and down the coridoor. So to all the ■■■■ takers making fun of me because i take sea sick tablets haha because i am the only one who isnt throwing up 
Anyway things calm down a bit now and we finally arrive to warm sunshine and flat seas

So we are off the boat and on our way to Valencia with engines for the ford motor plant.Theres two of us running down, and we are both hoping to tip Sunday night.Now it can just be done in your 10 hours driving as long as your flat out all the way there.
First stop for us is Reinosa for diesel then we cut across to Burgos from there down to Soria then across to Calatayud onto Tereul and then Valencia

Anyway we made it there just in time, got tipped then parked up for the night.
We give the boss a call in the morning and its not good news,could be 2 or 3 days waiting for the fruit reload to come back up. Bummer, so off we go into Almussafes for the day.
We start walking and soon realise, it’s a bit further than we first thought. We wander into this hotel to cool down and get a drink, we then decided just to head back to the trucks and see if we can sort a taxi out.
Anyway as we are heading out a taxi stops and asks us something, we smile and nod, jump in the back tell him to take us into town and away we go. Its now I’m thinking maybe we just nicked someone’s taxi, ohh well.
He gives us his number and with some pointing and laughing I think we’ve agreed we will call and he will pick us up from the centre where he’s just dropped us off lol
Anyway what a beautiful little town this is, and we spent the entire day wandering around eating and drinking.
When we decided to head for home we gave him a call and miraculously he turned up 10 minutes later to take us back.
Total cost for the day
Taxi 5 euros each way
Food 15 euros
Drink 30 euros
Staring and the beautiful Senoritas PRICELESS!!

So I nice day had by all J Get back to the truck and there is a few missed calls for both of us, so call the boss and we are both on for reloads, cool not too much sitting round then.
I’m reloading oranges about an ½ hour south of where I am, but not until Wednesday, so ive got one day of sitting around and Brian is reloading North somewhere Tuesday, so say our goodbyes and off to bed.
Wednesday I spend the day sleeping and cleaning the truck, not much else to do as I cant be arsed to go into town again.
So Wednesday I head down for the reload about 4pm to be told the load wont be ready until 10pm, call to the boss ok load in the morning. So that’s what I do.
The rest of the trip was pretty uneventful but I have some pictures of the oranges coming in off the fields.
