In your post you had put pictures like this

This is thumbnail of the real picture and when you remove th_-part in front of pictures name you get picture in original size. Now code looks like this:

I was there all told for about 11 years.

It was a good firm to work for in them days,a real family bussiness,I along with most people reckon the firm is too big now & lacks the family atmosphere it used to have.
