Nice pictures. I could see even more pictures over there

I found that five axle Oskhosh mixer quite interesting. It seems to have normal super singels in drive axles, which I think very strange as even your trailers still have double tyres. Actually whole mixer looks bit of strange as mixer is installed “wrong way” to what I’m used to see and then there is really weird looking liftable steer axle. Is that engine in the big box just behind mixer?

This may be an earlier one.

This may be an earlier one.

Harry I think your one is a newer model, the cab has a bit of rake to the windsheild, the older model has an upright screen.
Anyway the engine is at the back, mounted on the slant which gives the prop shaft a straighter shot at the front axle (they’re all wheel drive),normally they are fitted with a caterpillar engine and allison 6 speed automatic.

In all `er glory…
Are you serious■■?

The Americans really do seem to be on a mission to make their rigs are long as is possible, both the units and the trailers!

Great Pics

Yeah , must be a first when you have to watch your engine while you reverse…

The wheels on the back are to stop it pulling a wheelie when empty :stuck_out_tongue:
