A different s/e ltd question

For the lucky ones that can stay sole trader, and have a regular supply of work,i;e a handful of companies that keeps you busy,
What when this work has gone quiet, but,a local agency is offering work, but only want ltd drivers.
Can you still work for them? or will they just not have you for a few days, weeks until your usual contacts pick up again?

Have you tried asking them instead of asking us? You are self employed, you can work for whoever requires you, we do not know if they will require you :bulb:

I am not s,e.but i am thinking about going down that route.if u havnt got an answer why bother posting.u musu know it all.and never need to ask questions

I used to just draw what I needed to pay the bills out of what I earned and then when it was quiet I could continue to pay myself the same amount of money even with no work coming in.
