I can’t get my head around your driving hours, it seems overly complicated.
Here’s our Western Australia rules, the simplest in the country. We don’t have tachos, in WA it’s a fatigue sheet, NT nothing and the remaining states a government printed work diary has to be filled out.
84 hours a week seems reasonable.
