I’ve got a cheeky little avatar I would like to use but the “Edit avatar” says the file size is too big. I’ve no idea how to adjust it, can anybody help please.

Hi Brian,
Click on your pic on photobucket and resize it to the smallest size then the click on img code and paste it.

Here you go mate it’s now just under the limit of 8K, save it to your computer or Photobucket then upload it as your avata, it does work I’ve just tried it 
If for any reason you want to use the original image you can leave it on Photobucket and link to it in the avata settings where it says Link off-site:, just copy the URL into the text-box and it should work fine, when you link to an off-site image you can go over the image file size and it will still work.
