88 Mile diversion you have got to be joking estimated to be
1 hour 30 minutes longer to there journey.
Any restrictions through Ashford?
I’m assuming it’s an 88 mile diversion from J6. But a lot of motorists will drive past J6, all the way down to J9, to be diverted back up to J6 (I guess), adding even more miles onto the diversion.
Come off at jct8 down A20 through Ashford back on at 10a.
15ft 6 bridge at Harrietsham though

Don’t expect that to be quick! Daytime when Brock is at its worst Ashford grinds to a virtual standstill. There are currently roadworks at Lenham on the A20. Normally traffic is reduced to a crawl between Harrietsham and Leeds most days from about 6 am, so the local traffic using the A20 will just leave earlier
They are getting this work done early so the disruption does not impinge upon the profits of the developers who will be constructing two new Towns at Lenham and Sellindge, to boost the economy of that* Khan’s empire by housing its essential money speculators looking for a pad in the country.

Londoners don’t want to live in London so they turn more of Surrey and Kent into London and call it London.Nothing new there until they try to make Nord Pas de Calais a London Borough only then it will stop.
Bearing in mind that Khan’s powers, like Livingstone’s before him, are the direct result of the Tory imposed London Government Act on the home counties and development policy to match.
If the Cons were as against him as they pretend they could repeal it overnight.
It’s all a developers’ benefit and anti road use scam.
As for the M20 and M2 no doubt the scammers running the government will find numerous reasons for creating simultaneous chaos on the default A21 alternative.
Clearly never been up to the Highlands. 130 mile detour if there’s a rock fall on the Stromeferry bypass.
