Has anybody been caught in a 7.5 tonne zone? If so, is it a fine and points or just a fine?
Whilst finding my destination in early hours of day accidentally went into one, didn’t see the sign until I was committed to make the turn. At that point I stopped but decided to drive thru it as it was safer to do that than reverse back into a cross roads. Suppose you can only get done of someone saw me… What are your thoughts…
What do you prefer hanging or electric chair?

Unless of course some local Nimby grasses you up after spotting you but i would say you’ll be ok.

That’s what I thought but hopefully be ok, it was everyone else’s bedtime. End of the day it was a mistake, what can you do
I got caught once in ipswich. Drove down a 7.5 limit and a little camera car went the opposite direction and got me. Received a letter from said council telling me my vehicle details have been logged and if I do it again and get caught, I will be finned and even banned from that area. They le me explain in the letter that I was new to the area and didn’t know the roads very well. They fell for it and gave me a warning. Same sort of thing happened again driving across Blackheath commom in london. Only thos time a motorist grassed me up. But I explained to the council that its the official diversion route for over hight and hazardous vehicles. They quickly dropped that one too.
