7.5 Tonne limits/except for loading on maps

Hi all,

I’m finding at work that a I see quite a few 7.5t zones (to stop trucks using a residential road to access an industrial estate, or due to tight roads etc, not weak bridges as far as I know). They are not shown on my truckers atlas. One example I can think of is the B6232 Grane Road which runs between Guide, Blackburn and Haslingden. The road was given a 7.5t limit a number of years ago and as far as I can see there is no reason why it shouldn’t be in the map. It’s a Phillips truckers atlas so I assume it would be fairly comprehensive. Can anyone explain the absence of the zones from the map as there are quite a number of them, especially B roads.

Are these also missing from truck sat navs? Or are they generally included?

Dont think they include them on the map as they keep changing & adding new ones all the time it they added all them in there poss wouldnt be enough room for all

Not sure about sat nav as only use a car along with map & mark one eyeball

Yeah I was mildly disappointed to find my new Phillips Navigator Truckers atlas didn’t have them on it.

But it’s still a bloody useful back up.
