Strange question perhaps, but does using tractors rigidly fastened together like that cause any problems with premature transmission wear or anything like that ? Gear changing must be a delicate process presumably as you are going from freewheeling to being dragged to pushing /pulling. I have no experience at all of anything like that, and not likely to, but just wondered.
