I get all of the new regs with regards to when to take the 30 mins after 6 hrs work. What I cant seem to find anywhere is if we can do it like normal breaks, i.e 15 mins during the 6 and then 15 at end or if we take a 30 min break before the end of the 6 hrs does this mean the clock is reset as in driving hours.
as far as i am aware, basically work the 6 hour rule into your normal regs, ie if you have already had 2x15mins or a 30 min break before the 6 hours no probs. if not u have to stop but this will count towards your 45mins break. if that makes sense.
