Start at 06.00 and work till 12.00(less that 4.5 hours driving) then take 45mins.
Would i need to take another break before parking up at 9 pm bearing in mind that i DONT do over 4.5 driving after my first break.
Yes. Assuming you have no POA after resuming work at 12:45 you would need another 15 minute break at or before 18:45 to satisfy the WTD requirement of not exceeding 6 hours work without a break.
