All of the jobs I’ve had have been 5days a week with the option of a 6 the day ( o/t ) if you wanted it,but a lot of mates have been going for/ taking jobs and the shift patterns are 5 days/6 days/5 days ( 6 the day not o/t but part of the working week) .
What has led too this ,no o/t rate,shortage of drivers/ cost of agency 
N.b que the old hand,you don’t know how lucky you are,in my day it was 7 days a week,24 hrs a day
