One more if I may, can a driver work monday to saturday every week so long as he has full weekly rest between ending sat and beginning monday.

As long as you can get a full 45 hours of unbroken rest every other week and make up any payback OK then YES

if you work from say from 8am on monday, you can work until 8am sunday. 6x24 hour periods.
