Sorry rog it is 5-3 5-2 I’m rushing replying because I’m at work,I currently get paid 360 take home for 56 hrs a week, the new job pays average 115 a day which works out about 100 pound more a week take home after tax,
Where the weekends are concerned I only get Sunday off now whereas if I take the new job I will get paid an extra 100 pounds a week plus get 3 days off in the week,the job I have now I have to maul my guts out for 10 hours a day aswell.

Bloody Nora, £115 a day…you did see how many premium days (sat, sun, possible bank hol) you will be working didn’t you.
Methinks they are taking the proverbial, but each to their own.
