How many of you work 5 days one week then 6 the next?
I have asked if i could do this but dont seem to get it.
I do have about 7 hours driving and 11 hours duty available when i add up on the 5th day and withdraw my breaks etc as most of my time is at Rdcs etc.

So are you employed, S-employed , Agency on the books etc … how many hours are you actually doing as in the WTD for road transport ■■

To be honest it does me but with xmas coming i dont mind doing overtime etc,

Yeh im full time night driver.Fixed rate.
I do 4 12hr shifts and a 13hr but i always do about 2hr half break easy every day ie rdc etc and my own one of course.

Sorry I’m being dumb with this bit ■■
but if your doing 4x12 +1x13 =61 - 2.5 x 5 breaks = 48.5hrs … so you’d be on line for your average 48hr week and your employer is managing your hours so by doing a 6 day would cause them problems later by having to stand you down later meaning they would need to get someone in to cover you when you max out
