I don’t think the company includes breaks and POA. I’m paid straight through. And yes, the company does stipulate that we use break instead of other work as it keeps us moving…
whether they pay you straight through or not makes no difference.
Your average working time week, is your total duty time for your reference period - your total break+poa for the reference period, all divided by the number of weeks in your reference period.
