Do any of you guys have experience of working 4 on 4 off in Scotland?
Which companies or agencies offer this shift pattern in the Perth, Glasgow, Edinburgh area?
I’m looking for a way to remain a driver but move away from stupidly long weeks with no time to have any kind of normal life.
Appreciate any help.
Forde ADS agency offered have this at Sainsburys and a few other contracts, Haydock trunk was 4 on 4 off but when i did it they were always wanting you to do an extra day or two.

A mate of mine started at Robert Burns a few weeks ago, 4 on/4 off with 3 nights out, salary position…
Burns, SNT, Coulthard poss all offer the 4 on/off?
