Which depot? Full time? agency? Direct or one of the depots staffed by Wincanton? so many variables a decent answer cant possibly be given. Added to that there is no single TM at any depot, there are Duty managers that do the dispatching/day to day issues etc Shift Managers above them and a General manager above them. You would have met one of the Shift managers at interview/assessment, didnt you make your mind up then?
