The company I work for are looking to outsource the transport department to a 3rd party and are currently negotiating with 3 well known companies. Anyone have any experience with this sort of situation or can anyone tell us where we stand legally?

We had a 3rd party takeover about 7 years ago. Don’t know about higher up the chain, but at driver level nothing really changed, though the original company do still have some control over how things are run.
