Any 3g services that will hook up to my laptop that cover europe for less than an arm and 14 legs? Or is wifi access easy to get to at most truckstops?
Most big Truckstops in Germany have Wi-Fi access.

If you find you are doing a lot of Germany you can buy wi-fi access from most service areas, you can use this time in every McDonalds, Aral Autohofs and every Tank and Rast service area and you can use lots of other places too. This costs 20euro for 28 days access.
I would have thought that most countries have a similar type of system.
