have they got the strangest system for going on a bay[you reverse onto a bay and park up with doors closed, then they open bay door so RED light comes on, you open doors and reverse onto bay.red signals to go onto door]
in this day and age of every man and his dog handing out leaflets saying you most not reverse or move off a bay when its on red,they seem to be doing the opposite.

shrug your shoulders and drive off it. 
Its’s probably so they can keep the temperature integrity of the load, so the moment you open doors and reverse, the chck the temp and then can reject if needed and you can’t blame them by saying “well i’ve been sat on the bay for an hour with the doors open so the temp is your fault”.
