I’m very angry, but my anger is not necessarily aimed at Watkins. He is what he his & nothing can change him.
My anger is aimed at a society that allows these monsters to walk amongst us.
There is no cure for what Watkins suffers from, society needs to be protected not only from him but from the countless 1000’s of others like him. He & they need to be removed from our society until they are no longer a danger to children & as there is currently no cure, that removal needs to be permanent.
What drives these people (it includes women) to commit such abhorrent acts cannot be held back by deterrents like prison.
All of my life I have lived alongside & amongst animals on a farm, those animals who would obviously have hurt me as a child, or my children now I’m an adult, are kept contained & all contact is carefully supervised.
We take dogs for granted & allow them into our homes, but if one turned on our children we’d shoot it wouldn’t we ?

There is no punishment that fits this hateful crime but I would have hours and hours of fun thinking up and demonstrating new and exotic ways to try and show him the error of his ways.

As a parent to a young daughter, it sickens me to think that some animal could do this to a defenceless innocent child.

What does he suffer from Chas, Depravity? Drug abuse and thinking he was above the law? He certainly knows right from wrong.
He also admitted conspiring to ■■■■ a child, three counts of ■■■■■■ assault involving children, seven involving taking, making or possessing indecent images of children and one of possessing an extreme pornographic image involving a ■■■ act on an animal.

Hanging is too good for him. Too quick. He needs to suffer
Instead of what he should get, as we are a “civilised society”, he will get looked after for the rest of his life while we pay for it. No job to worry about, no food or heating bills coming in, will spend time away from proper criminals that might hurt him, chance to mingle with like minded scumbags. Give it a few years & there will be a story about him being housed at an open prison with home visits. That’s proper British justice for you.
