It’s more likely the boss gave them the wrong postcode, and this was either fed to them by the customer and someone somewhere got the letters the wrong way round or something. I usually check the code on Google Maps before putting it into the sat-nav just in case it’s somewhere completely different, but once or twice the sat-nav has still got it wrong – one time I nearly ended up down a canal towpath in Enfield in a 44-tonner but luckily there was a trading estate I could spin the truck round in. One time (a couple of years ago not long after I’d passed my class 1) I was working for TNT and they gave me a postcode supposedly for their Atherstone depot and it was for a building in the centre of Atherstone which wasn’t theirs, IIRC.
