is it possible to have someone to transfer a programme from 3.5 inch floppy to CD? i am after something that is only available on 3.5 inch but i dont have a floppy drive so i need a solution

In most cases, yes. All you need is a machine with a floppy drive and a CD writer, just copy the files from one to the other and in most cases it’ll work.
As an aside, what software do you want that is only available on floppy disk? I didn’t think anything released in about the last 5 years (if not nearer 10) came on floppy disks.

i am only after one game but its rare and only available on floppy. zak mckraken was a classic and im going back to games of that time when i had an amiga. im not a big fan of 3D games. i prefer gameplay over graphics
cheers for the reply. i think i need to call the local computer shop to see what they can do. im after a laptop with an older OS too. XP doesnt always run older games very well so im after something cheap to use purely for the older stuff
