28 years from toottoot to honk honk

After passing my class 3 hgv test and psv class 1 in the same week 28 years ago and being granted C+E with a 102 restriction (drawbar) on grandfather rights, I decided for my 50th birthday in a couple of weeks that I would finally get my class 1 (full CE).
well I passed this afternoon in a proper articulated wagon with gears and everything
I won’t leave it so long next time…hmmmm

Congrats, although it would have been something of an embarrassment if you’d failed!!

Thanks folks,
Fred, keep it chilled and when reversing just remember it’s not left down its right down but just when you think it’s right down it should be left down, when your properly down think, it’s just the opposite way to your ridged vehicle, that’s when it clicks

I will be covering in one of the lads artics as he is having a knee replacement, so he will be off a few months. Yes it’s a great place to work like everywhere it has its moments but good money and if we can’t do a job it’s accepted it can’t be done no pressure.
This will be my chariot shortly.
