How many tachos should you carry? some folk are saying 28 working days and others say 28 calendar days?

28 calendar, as technically you should be filling in a blank tacho for your weekly rest aswell. I may well be wrong but hey i dont use tachos anymore :smiley:

Correct, count back 28 from today… if you tried to carry the last 28 and were a part time driver you could have charts months old with you if that makes sense?

If stopped you should be able to produce records for the current day plus the previous 28 calendar days, and also your driver card if you have one (even if it’s never been used) and any printouts that you’ve legally needed to do for the current day plus the 28 days prior to the current day.

Oh those were the days, little round card behind the speedo. Its been that long since I filled one in I have forgot how… :confused: :confused:
