26 week reference period WTD

Hi all,

I wonder if you could answer the following for me: -

The company i work for operate a 26 wk reference period for the 48hr week. is this a rolling 26 wk period or will it be a set start and finish dates?

Many thanks

Andy

I thought any reference period for WTD had to be a rolling period. Can be set at anything i think, an old employer used 17 weeks as it meant they could make it work for them.
I’m no expert though!!

As far as I’m aware it can be either a fixed or rolling 26 week period so you’d be better off asking your employer

Many thanks to you both, i will ask when i get in this afternoon

Andy

I think it’s a fixed start and finish. Let us know what they say.

Spoke to my lot when i went in and was told that it is a rolling period of the last 26 weeks

Andy
