Now let me see if I’ve got this right…
Monday I worked 1800 - 0900 = 15 hours, didn’t start till 2000 next shift.
This makes it 11 hours off, but only the 1st 9 count as it falls outside the 24 h period.
Or is there 26 hours in a day all of a sudden. 
As soon as your shift exceeds 13 hours, it is an automatic reduced rest, regardless of how many hours you actually rest for. After 13 hours, there are not 11 hours left in the 24 hour period.
