Do you mean something that will enable you to connect an appliance with a ‘13 amp’ 3 pin plug (240v)? You’ve got me confused here. Not difficult,I’ll admit.
If you give us an idea of what appliance gadget you’re trying to connect to where I’II try and help.
Say I wanna use a 24volt coffee machine at home which is a 13amp
Can it be done via a converter
I’m still confused …

You want to use a 24v machine at home? You need a Hornby train transformer.
If you want to use a 240volt coffeemaker in the lorry you need a good inverter
Volts to amps doesnt really compute.
volts to volts or amps to amps. We used to have 5 and 15 amp round pin sockets, they were all standardised in the UK to 13amp square pins

why bother with a converter? Just buy a 240v coffee maker. Simple and probably cheaper.
Thanks all have posted was talking to a friend and he asked if it could be done
