Yeh, they are spot on, I used to use one about 8yrs ago all the time, so much so that I eventually got sick of ham, cheese and tomato toasties, and it didn’t take too long.
I am going to dig it out of the loft now that you have reminded me about it
Cheers, its on my list

@120W I think you will have a wait!
darn
They’re good while they last, but like all 24v electric appliances they eventually burn themselves or your power point out!
If thats the case I think I will wrap the butties up in tin foil and sit them on the exhaust

Me too, a quick Google suggests that a mains-powered sandwich toaster operates at about 850w.
Well thats piddled on my parade then

120w would be like trying to turn bread into toast using two headlight bulbs.
Anything which comes in blue packaging with “All Ride” written on it is crap, basically. If they tried to sell this stuff to the general public then Matt Allwright would be making a television programme about them.
You need to get a Frank Bruno toaster. They good for one round.

I bet you could do a couple of poached eggs in that.
I might steal one or even buy one if i’m feeling giddy.

Well like I said mine was spot on, it didn’t take too long at all so it must be a better make than the All ride tat.
I remember I bought it at a car boot sale, I recognised the girl as a driver’s wife, she had a lot of 24v stuff on the stall, general truck stuff as well as men’s clothes and general men’s kit. I asked her if all the 24v stuff meant that her husband had packed in driving, she said not as far as she knew but seeing as he had been caught seeing some other woman she decided to sell all of his stuff
