Hi guys with all this hot weather and no air con in my truck I got myself a electric fan. It’s a 24v one but looks like a 12v plug so where do I plug it to use it
If you have brought 24v it must be 
Seems to me the plug is bigger/smaller than the hole in the truck, looks like you need an adapter!!!
What the fan is doesn’t matter, it will just run more slowly if you feed it 12v. Question is, what plug does the fan have, and what socket does your cab have?
I’m guessing you have a hella socket in your cab like this:
and the fan has one of these normal car-type sockets:
and therefore you need something like this:
I puposely plug mine into the 12v so it runs at half speed and leave it going all night if its a warm one
