At what point does my 24 hrs end say if i start at 0500 finnish at 1830 and then have 9 hrs can i now start at 0430 or is this work still classed as the previouse day till i hitt 0500 this confuses me especially with these digi graphs askin 24hr day every time i eject my card.
Am i falling apart or have i been doing things all wrong for the last 9 years.

A new 24 hour period begins when you resume work after a daily or weekly rest period. If you finish at 18:30 and take 9 hours off you can begin again at 03:30. Whatever break you take in the above scenario will be a reduced break as you worked more than 13 hours - 05:00 - 18:30 - and 24 - 13.5 doesn’t leave you 11 hours.
