Worked 5 daysthen just had a 24 hour break and then worked 6 hrs saturday 9 hrs off and 8 hours sunday then i can either have 24 or 36 hr break .
24 would suit me better .
I will then be working tuesday thru to friday (10/12 hour shifts)then a 60hr break
Is that legal to do

It looks OK to me as long as you had a full 45 hour weekly rest the week before last.
yep i had a 45 last weekend so that means the 2nd 24 hour break is legal and can start early tues morn…ta for reply
there is no 36 hr break as such now,only 24/45
