York ByPass A59 roundabout, this Happened at 7pm last night, and the road is still closed at 7pm tonight, local rag claims the vehicle jack knifed, but it looks more like it ended up on its side looking at the damage on the container in the pictures.
Went round that this morning about 3am, not a sign anything has ever happened.
