2005 pub holidays / driving restrictions in France & Spa

Hi Guys !
Does anyone know the public holidays for France & Spain in 2005 ■■ not sure if they would be exactly the same as 2004 ■■?
I also need to know the current driving restrictions in France & Spain (ie weekend bans / summertime bans. etc, etc)
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Here is a printable list of 2005 Public Holidays in France

2005 Driving ban dates are currently not available on DKV site.
Perhaps someone else has more info.
