I don’t know how I managed it, but forgot about it till it was announced on radio 2. Then there was nowhere i could stop safely. I thought it was strange as I had just passed a truck parked in an unusal place, then realised why.
Personally I disagree with it as i believe ,like others , that it devalues the point it if it is held too often. To me there is only one time it should be held and that is the Eleventh hour of the Eleventh day of the Eleventh month. Which I have observed for years. I see no reason why the victims of the seventh should not be remembered then. As victims of the war on terror.
