Spoke to my agency yesterday got chatting about things, he’s losing 6 drivers to the DCPC, a couple have already left the industry, rest will keep going until September, says its not just NW England but the same all over.
They’ve made money off the back of you for 4 years, rock that boat!!!

On a 15 hr day you will be 25p up if they still take the one hour off for lunch.
Agency one. 15x11.75=176.25 minus 11 lunch=165.25
Agency two. 15x11=165.00
Not much of a benefit in my eyes

This is a prime example if why you’ve got to look at the whole picture each and every time, in this case the higher rate pays off but not always now try it for a nine hour day the difference works out better the other way!!

11.75 per hour, they deduct an hour, so surely your - for lunch should be 11.75, not 11■■
Meaning, actually 50p down
