Have you had a look at the route yet, what way you going
Nice one mate! Who you working for might I ask?
Don’t leave it til the last minute to find a place to stop for your break, route plan & stopping places plan before your trip, take a good truck map along with your night out kit. Don’t forget money & phone & charger. Enjoy your trip
The duty time must fit in to a 24 hour period.
You are allowed three reduced daily rest periods of nine hours. The other limit is eleven hours off.
If the daily rest is nine hours off,the duty time can not exceed 13 hours.

To the OP download the tacho rules from gov’s website DO NOT TAKE THE ABOVE AS ACCURATE
Thanks for the advice guys.
Was looking at route was unsure weather to go m5 then on to m50 or continue on m5 then m4 but that would include a toll.

M50 nice steady drive , just expect delays around Newport / Cardiff and plenty of bill due to the NATO summit .
what time you departing Glas . work out your break at about 200 miles from departing that’ll average you 50mph at 4 hrs driving should put you around Stoke on Trent on a no hold up steady drive put you in Stafford services just past jn 15 you might get further but why push it an get stuffed
