Hello everyone, this is my first post, hope Im in the right spot. Ive joined this awesome forum purely for this question.

I have a 1974 British Defence Equipment catalogue someone gave me. I have discovered a large looking vehicle with big tyres and a large recovery system on the back, seems to be built on all the things we love about Scammells.

Its called a Boughton Heavy Recovery Vehicle 12-ton capacity.

I want to know more about it so I can source pictures or schematics for a model engineering project.

If its any help at all, the chassis appears to be a Scammell S24 6x6.

Boughton is probably the builder of the recovery body and kit, boughton did hydraulic winches if i remember correctly.
