What engine is in the 580? didn’t know MAN had started doing big hp right hand drive trucks again

The 580 is a 15 litre straight six engine
MAN have introduced uprated engines at Euro 6C standard
The former 440 and 480 Euro 6’s are now 460 and 500 at Euro 6C = 12 Litre
The former 520 and 560 Euro 6’s are now 540 and 580 at Euro 6C (plus a 640 although I’ve never seen one in the flesh) = 15 litre
Hard to keep pace ain’t it!
We have 440, 480, 500, 520, 560 and 580 on the fleet
