start at 6:00 - 8:30 other work
8:30 - 12:00 drive
12:00 - 13:00 break
13:00 - 15:30 other work
15:30 - 19:00 drive
19:00 - 19:15 break
19:15 - 20:00 drive
20:00 - 20:30 other work
finish 20:30
TM says i didnt have enough break at 19:00 but i say i did, he recons i needed 30 mins for WTD

Shift time = 14.5 hours less breaks of 1.25 hours = WORK time for RT(WTD)R of 13.25 hours which requires breaks totalling 45 mins
You have 30 mins too much break

1300 to 1900 is 6 hours so only 15 mins required at that point and Iām betting that is the bit where your TM, as well as many others, has got it wrong because they think that 30 mins is needed - but it aint.
