normally do it that way as you should but got caught out today so did 15,15 [should of been 30 but had to move so then had 30
15,15, 30 is that legal , it was all within 4.5 hrs driving and 6 hrs work so cant see a problem but sure i read somewhere 2nd break had to be 30 mins[ does that mean if you only have 2 breaks] ,ta
as long as you were under 4 1/2 hours when you started your 30 minutes you won’t have a problem, the second 15 minutes won’t count as a break

On a pedantic note (quite unlike me!) the second 15min will still count as a break in that it doesn’t count towards your working time total for the day, however it doesn’t count towards the 45minute break you need to reset your 4.5h driving timer back to zero.

And on a further note it would count as a 15 minute break for the WTD, for instance if you were not going to accumulate 4.5 hours driving before you reach 9 hours work.
