Never paid any heed to this because always done 6 days then weekly rest.
I reduced last weekly rest and run out on sunday, card in at 8.30am.
I could be tight to get back to Dewsbury tomorrow, still in Belgiun with 3 collections to do, I will still have 1 daily rest reductiom left that I can use tomorrow, so by my reckoning I’ll be ok to run in saturday if needs be as long as I’m finished by 8.30 (144 hours from last weekly rest)
Am I right here chaps?

you can work 7 days as long as you back within 24 off your start time on a sun, now im sure your lads all start at 3pm on sun so you have to be finished by 3pm sat that equals 24 hours.
sun to sat 7 shifts and a 24 off and back out sunday. 
I run out south brother hence the 8.30 on sunday.
But your maths works out the same as mine pal

Spot on, you need to start a weekly rest period no later than 08:30 Saturday.
As you had a reduced weekly rest period last weekend you’ll probably need a regular 45 hour weekly rest period this weekend.
