how tall are your units?
Biggest 13"6 we deliver to building sites and people’s homes max around 6 drops on one load as we carry a lot of plasterboard with Moffett of loads
Sorry every one I see my post is totally in the wrong feed, bloody update don’t no where to find things now lol, again sorry
“Don’t know where to find things?” Look no further, you must be the ideal candidate for the Traffic Managers Job!
When pulling one of our single deck trailers with an Axor, we set the height indicator at 13’ 8", but with the new Actros, we have to set the height at 13’ 10" as the roof deflector is higher than the trailer.
always measure it. if you see a transporter driver
ask him to do it with his pole.
your truck went under a bridge which was
such and such, are you sure the bridge was as
stated and not just a figment of the councils
imagination

Having a blonde moment i think or ive been off for too long over xmas but i can get under a 13ft3 bridge unit height only cant i? Renault premium with a tipper on the back, tractor units aint any higher that 4m are they… cheers
As a supposed professional lorry driver who doesn’t know the height of his vehicle, you might want to apologise to blondes . If you’re not a troll, this post is a genuine reason for either:
- The haulage industry needing a properly formatted DCPC.
- Using your time more wisely by measuring your lorry.
- Changing industries.
