Evening all I know u can do a 15 hr shift twice a week but today I did a shift totalling 13. Hr 15 mins so because it’s gone over 13 hr does it automatically count as a 15 he shift?

and its 15 3 times not 2

Yes it counts as a reduced daily rest because you cannot fit an 11 hour daily rest into the 24-hour period which began when you started work today.
You can reduce three times between weekly rest periods, not per week, so you can do up to a 15 hour shift three times between weekly rest periods. More if you utilise split fail rests.
